Dripper Breakfast
 
3 cups cubed French bread
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
10 eggs, beaten
4 cups milk
1tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
10 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
Arrange bread in the bottom of a buttered 9 by 13  baking pan. Then layer with cheese, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and tomato and set pan aside. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper then pour over layers in the baking dish. Sprinkle bacon crumbles over top. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325.
